Compensation data for peer group organizations is gathered and reported to you. We compare your executive compensation package with that of the peer group and provide suggestions to make your package more competative. Market data is gathered for base pay, variable pay (incentive and bonus), long-term deferred compensation, benefits and perquisites. Be confident that what you are paying in executive compensation is competitive in your market(s).


Executive Performance Planning & Review:

Our Executive Performance Planning & Review service focuses on linking executive compensation with organizational performance. Our objective is to assist clients in developing a compensation strategy and incorporating that strategy into the total compensation package, including base pay, incentive pay, equity pay, fringe benefits, and performance appraisals.


This service includes:


  1. •Development of peer group comparisons for base pay, variable pay, deferred compensation, employee benefits and perquisites (Market Pricing).
